The company has been operational for over 50 years, building a reputation for their delivery of projects but also a great place to work. They work across commercial, health, government and Data Centre projects working for Tier 1 builders or directly for the client.
About the role
Due to recent project wins, I am seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their major projects divison. The role will be to oversee some of the most complex and high profile projects the company has on their books. These projects will have a typical mechanical contract value of $20m + working with Tier 1 builders.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope
- Responsible for monitoring project budget
- Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services
- Work closely with the Project Team, on project progression and variations
- Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties
- Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams
About you
- Successfully manage and deliver HVAC projects to the program of the builder and client.
- Projects can include the construction of Data Centres, Hospitals, Warehouses etc
- Across whole life cycle of projects - from design to commissioning
- Complete detailed planning of project progress and performance and report to the Construction Manager.
- Liaise with clients during tender meetings and site visits.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profit/loss.
- Work alongside Design and Mechanical Engineers, as well as site based teams with multiple Site Managers reporting to you.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, trades, and labour requirements.
- Ensure compliance across all Australian Building Standards, as well as Work Health and Safety.
- Excellent remuneration package - $180,00-200,000k Plus super and Car Allowance
