Due to recent projects being awarded, our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their teams in Brisbane as they look to expand the business. Our client is offering a great career opportunity for someone who's motivated and looking to progress. Your job will be to oversee medium to large HVAC contracts worth between $5m - 10 million, making sure they're done on time, within budget, and up to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope
- Responsible for monitoring project budget
- Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services
- Work closely with Project Team, on project progression and variations
- Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties
- Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams
About you
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of products, systems, and market sectors within industry
- Takes the ‘extra step’ to ensure customer satisfaction
- A current driver’s license.
- Trade qualification in HVAC works
