We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality standards. You'll be reporting directly to the senior leadership team. Lead and mentor HSEQ team, Project Manager and trades. Maintain visibility and accentuality within the business.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality standards. You'll be reporting directly to the senior leadership team. Lead and mentor HSEQ team, Project Manager and trades. Maintain visibility and accentuality within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Promote a safety culture and lead safety training programs.
- Manage environmental sustainability initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee quality management systems (ISO 9001) and lead internal audits.
- Prepare reports on HSEQ performance for senior management.
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Electrical (preferred) or construction background
- Knowledge of ISO standards and HSEQ regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
