About the role
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction works across data centre projects. As a key part of our construction team, you will work with the Project Manager and project teams to achieve successful completion and delivery of project work on site. You will manage site workers, contractors and the general day-to-day aspects of onsite construction.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• NSW Electrical Contractors License
• Proven experience as site manager delivering Tier 1 projects
• Experienced with having multiple direct reports (Foreman & Leading Hands)
• Plan and schedule daily tasks and project timelines.
• Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Be a team player and able to motivate your site team 
• Support the management of the project in relation to the schedule and cost
