A newly created role due to growth in pipeline, I'm seeking a Project Manager to work within the Data Centre industry. This role is ideally suited to a Tier 2 PM, or Tier 1 Site Manager/supervisor that is looking to work on Data Centre projects. The initial project is a $3.5m contract, with progression into larger conduction projects.

About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope
- Responsible for monitoring project budget
- Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services
- Work closely with Project Team, on project progression and variations
- Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties
- Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams
- Trade qualification in Electrical works
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of products, systems, and market sectors within industry
- Takes the ‘extra step’ to ensure customer satisfaction
- A current drivers’ license
- Excellent rate of pay
