My client is currently seeking an Electrical BIM modeller to join their team.
You will be joining a successful team who work across different sector of the construction industry. The company has its own in house design team and is growing due to its involvement in the Data Centre boom.

My client is currently seeking an Electrical BIM modeller to join their team.
You will be joining a successful team who work across different sector of the construction industry. The company has its own in house design team and is growing due to its involvement in the Data Centre boom.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive drawings, plans and diagrams of electrical installations and circuitry in Auto-CAD & Revit.
- Coordination’s with on-site management and clients on drawing specification
- Understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities
- Understanding the scope of works for subcontractors
- Assisting Electrical Engineers in design and layout of electrical installations and circuitry on substations, switchgear, cabling systems and control systems
- Collect, study, and combine initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by project managers
- Review technical drafts as needed according to verbal or written instructions from project managers, engineering team and clients
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements
- Excellent efficiencies with highly detailed outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet requirements
- Attend project coordination meetings
- 3+ Years as an Electrical BIM Modeller
- Full Australian working rights
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proven track record in delivering accurate modeler
- Highly competitive package salary - $90k - $130k plus super
